If someone tells you they're fed up with you...it's time to move around! Situations, circumstances, etc. will never be the same and they can't go anywhere but downhill from that statement! When you're fed up with a job or something, it ordinarily means you're at the point of getting rid of it. Ridding yourself of the trouble and disposing of it entirely from your life. So when we say we're fed up with someone that's usually the same path we're taking.
If I were to break down the word fed, I'd say-
F=Finished
E=Exhausted
D=Disgusted
No one should ever feel disposable, because the truth of the matter is; people aren't disposable. But when we speak of being fed up we're at a limit...a peak...and not only should you move around, but the person you're fed up with should move around too!
